The info provided in the form below will be used exclusively to respond to the submitted requests. RULES FOR ACCESS TO CONSULTATION:
- Respect the exact appointment time so that you don’t have to do not stay in the waiting room, thus allowing for the clinic to be disinfected and ventilated after each patient.
- The mask is MANDATORY, as well as wearing it correctly inside the clinic, when interacting with our staff, keeping the recommended distance of at least 1.5 meters during the discussion.
- Hand disinfection is to be performed at the entrance of the clinic and whenever necessary, using the provided disinfectants .
- Upon access to the clinic, you will complete an epidemiological triage questionnaire to identify potential carriers or people infected with the SARS-Cov-2 virus, or to prevent new diseases, both of the medical staff and other patients. If you experienced symptoms similar to a cold (sneezing, cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing and / or fever ≥37, 3⁰C,) in the last 10-14 days or you have had direct contact with sick or quarantined people please notify by phone for rescheduling.
- Family / friends access is not allowed with the patient – except for underage patients and people with disabilities or health issues who require a companion.
- Payment for services will be made by card as much as possible.
